A strategic partnership.

We recognize that the competency of personnel is critical to our success; and we have recently developed a JV partnership with 3T Energy Group, providing us with a new Competency Management framework (TransformTM) and a step change in digital training capability. This includes over 450 Elearning and V-learning courses, together with access to qualified instructors.

 

This system will allow us to digitally verify, track and manage the competency of all Kentech personnel (including staff and agency), identifying gaps in required competency and client certification requirements together with providing structured pathways to close the gaps. In addition, this provides us with multiple opportunities to upskill our workforce, which will support optimization of proposed gang mixes and site establishment positions.
