Model One

This is our turnkey model where our STS team are involved in every stage of your project. Ensuring we are with you every step of the way from day one gives you complete peace of mind that your project is in the safe hands of an expert team with experience of delivering in some of the harshest and most challenging locations in the world.

By being involved at the beginning of a project we can spot potential problems early and minimize any negative impacts on delivery.

Right the way through from Manufacturer Equipment Testing into Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-Up through to Operations, our team has the knowledge and experience to ensure that your project is delivered in the most timely and cost-effective manner.

Model Two

For clients who don’t require us to be involved in every stage of a project we can work with your project management team to focus on specific areas to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Our unique access to some of the industry’s most experienced Systems Completion and Commissioning personnel gives us the ability to respond in a fast and effective manner to your needs.

Our Commissioning Toolkit

Kentech have designed a ‘Commissionability™’ audit tool which is a mechanism we use to deliver improved efficiency in project delivery.

This trademarked benchmarking process for ensuring best practice is assessed during the FEED, Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction Commissioning and Startup phases of a project to identify opportunities and issues that will impact project objectives including, quality, cost and schedule.

We use this tool for our own internal live projects or to complete external auditing of projects, for example when completing systems completions readiness reviews.

On Tuesday 9th February 2021, we announced an agreement to acquire the oil & gas business of SNC-Lavalin’s Resources Division.
