Job Description

Summary

Kentech are currently looking for Rope access Electricians for an onshore project on a rotational basis in Western Australia. We are looking for Electricians who hold Irata level 1, 2 or 3 certification and have the relevant experience for the role. The project will start at the beginning of June for up to seven months.

Rope Access Technicians must be an Electrician by Trade and hold relevant Electrical certification along with Irata certification.

Rope Access Technician L1- Perform a range of rope access manoeuvres and have an understanding of the current legislation. Work under supervision of RA L3 technician

Rope Access Technician L2-Perform rigging working ropes, undertaking rescues and performing rope access tasks (under the supervision of an RA L3 technician

Rope Access Technician L3-Responsible for all of the on-site rope access work and supervision, and must be able to perform advanced level operations and rescues competently

Requirements

The following certification must be held;

• Trade certificate

• WA Electrical license- Unrestricted

• First Aid

• CPR

• LVR

• OHS ( white/ blue card)

• Rope access certification; Irata level 

    1,2 or 3
